You will need to have read Rich Dad Poor Dad and the Cash Flow Quadrant before picking up this book. This book continues where Cash Flow Quadrant left. Although this book is very US focused in terms of the legal and technical details, the concepts are very time less.
This book will open you to what is possible on the other side of the quadrant - which is a world few people have even ventured into.
