A very well written book. A novel and business class rolled into one. Since story telling is as old as man kind itself and has proved to be a very effective way of passing historical information critical to preserving culture and information from generation to generation, it is no wonder that Dr Goldratt answered the one question we all have - how can I solve my business problems?

He has made business answers no different - presenting his method as a very engaging story suching you in until you come up to the surface grasping for air.

*** The Positives ***
For the person who wants to learn how to approach problem solving in a very methodical way - read this book.

If you want eliminate problems by focusing on very specific critical success factors using the power of your mind and others - read this book as well.

*** The Negative ***

No clear steps given on how to implement the methodology however I believe that will be presented in the squeals to this book.

Overall, the book has my highest recommendation despite the negatives.
