Is Your Success Non-Existent? Then Do This… (Part I)

If you are short of the evidence of success in your life, go back to the only raw material you have – your thoughts.
Once you do this, identify which one of the many thoughts can be turned into an idea.

.

Do you have ideas that no one else dreams up?  Would they be considered ludicrous if you told anyone else - criminally insane perhaps? Are you ashamed of them because they do not fit in with the mold?

Bear this in mind; the insane ideas of the past century are now not so crazy today.  Infact for some people, it has brought riches, honor, and respect.

All from one idea.

Write every idea down – so you can see them.  Match up each of these ideas with your natural abilities.

Slight pause here.  If you do not know what your natural ability is, let me tell you that everyone has a natural ability – a certain gifting, an outstanding talent.  It’s simply something you have always been able to do better than anyone else most of your life – which people may or may not have noticed.

It’s critical you match up your natural abilities with your ideas as it gives birth to your vision – which becomes your 80/20 rule of achievement.

The 80/20 rule by Pareto explains that 80% of our effectiveness will come from 20% of our efforts.  Hence if your talent only forms 20% of your vision then you are already well ahead.  Do not listen to the common misconception that you need all the resources in place before charging ahead.

Next, write down again without any hesitation how you will implement that vision.  Write without limits, refusing to listen to your inner critic – as if you had all the resources in the world at your disposal.

Attach a start and end date to your implementation plan.  This will serve as your deadline.  The human mind for some strange reason works better when given a deadline.

Remember, thoughts that eventually become ideas have always been intangible currency.  When shared and implemented, they become visions which can be exchanged for many tangible things.

Have a nice day and remember go for it!
